Like most of you I spend some time reading other people’s blogs and noticing what they do that seems to work. I recently ran across the 3 in 30 Challenge and thought I would try it for a few months.
Here are my May Goals:
Continue eating less fat and carbs (mostly salads) since I still have about 40 pounds of baby weight to lose.
Walk with the children for 1/2 an hour after naps whenever it’s not raining.
Get back to daily devotions every morning. I’ve been running dry and I know this is part of the reason but making myself have devotions is tough when I see so many other things to be done.
Practice speaking kindly.
Finish the laundry by Wednesday every week: washed, folded, ironed and put away.
